OFFICE CLERK - Job Post

We are looking for a competent Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks.
• Assist in making roster arrangements
• Assist in health center and hospital visits to the employees when needed
• Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements and skills

• Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of office devices and processes
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• University diploma
